36 Bodyweight Exercises You Can Do Without A Gym

Ok so let’s be real; bodyweight exercises aren’t going to replace or replicate the results of your usual heavy lifting routine.  But in a global lockdown type situation; needs must.

This is honestly a post I never thought Lipstick Lifters would ever produce.  Not because there’s anything wrong with bodyweight exercises, but because they are predominantly part of a weightlifters warm up and or finisher.

Since bodyweight exercises are not generally part of our core routine, this post does go against what we usually aim to promote around here.

But let’s face it.  The gyms are closed and the world is slowly turning to shit.  So all I can do now is keep your spirits up and help you to make the best of a bad situation.

So here we have 36 bodyweight exercises that you can do while your gym is closed.
