Lipstick Lifters Deadlift Your Bodyweight Challenge

Back in January we launched our Deadlift Your Bodyweight challenge. It’s an at-your-own pace challenge, meaning there is absolutely no rush and it is completely beginner friendly.

Being able to say you can deadlift your bodyweight is a pretty impressive statement to make.

And it’s 100% possible for you to achieve.

It is also fair to say that you can deadlift more than your bodyweight - a lot of women do.

Whether you have already achieved your bodyweight deadlift or not, this challenge will help you improve your overall deadlifting power.

And now we finally have the feedback coming in from women who have achieved it!

Kya

Kya signed up for our free plans in December 2024 and in January she took up the Deadlift Your Bodyweight challenge, by March she hit her bodyweight deadlift.

Jess

Jess is one of our annual subscribers and as a complete beginner started working with our plans in May 2024. She started the Deadlift Your Bodyweight challenge in February 2025 and by early March she achieved it.

Linda

Linda had some lifting experience before she found us, but always felt like she was holding something back, she increased her deadlift from 40 kg to 74 kg in just 7 weeks by taking our Deadlift Your Bodyweight challenge.

Tyla

Tyla is another one of our annual subscribers and is a more experienced lifter who took on our Deadlift Your Bodyweight challenge. While she was an experienced lifter, she plateaued on her deadlifts. The introduction of accessory exercises and a deload week got her to a 100 kg deadlift, which is more than her bodyweight!
