Single Muscle group Workouts
Once you reach our single muscle group plans, you’re pretty much there in terms of understanding how to build your own workout plans based on your desired outcomes.
These plans are deconstructed by muscle group, putting you in charge of building your workout plans around the muscle groups you want to target in each workout. We recommend you choose 2-3 single muscle group plans per complete workout. You can build yourself 2-3 complete plans, ensuring that you rotate muscle groups so that you don’t over-train.
Don’t worry if this seems a little complex for you now, that’s why our system is structured the way it is, by the time you get here, it will all make sense. And if you do need additional support, we’re here to help.
You Don’t Need An Online Personal Trainer
Hopefully by now you can see some light at the end of the tunnel in terms of being your own personal trainer.
That’s not to say you shouldn’t have an online trainer, or an in person trainer if you want and can afford one. A good personal trainer is worth their weight in gold.
