Home Gym Packs

The purpose of Lipstick Lifters Home Gym Packs is to give you a fully constructed workout plan that you can do with limited equipment in a home gym. All you need to do is simply follow the plan exactly as written. Home Gym Packs provide a full weekly workout rotation for you so that you don’t have to define this yourself.

It’s important to note that weightlifting is a process, no single plan will get you to your end goal. The plan you start with is a building block and every plan you do after that is simply another building block. Your goal should be to continue to challenge yourself by adding more weight, introducing new exercises and trying out a range of different lifting methods and weightlifting workout plans as you get progressively stronger.

What Home Gym Equipment Is Needed

To use these plans you need a set of dumbbells, some kettlebells and a bench as an absolute minimum.

All other workout plans we provide require a fully equipped gym, that is the essence of Lipstick LIfters. These home gym plans are offered as an alternative to those who don’t have access to a fully equipped gym. With that in mind, please note that some of the exercise demonstrations are offered using a different type of weight, you are encouraged to perform the respective exercise using the weight source you have available to you.

Don’t Get Comfortable

Switching up your workout plans is essential in weightlifting. These home gym workout packs are not designed to be used indefinitely, choose the plan you want to work with and stick with it for at least 6 weeks and at most 12 weeks.
