Can Kettlebells Alone Provide A Full Body Workout?
Yes they can. You’ll be surprised how good a workout you can get out of a set of kettlebells. The key is in knowing a wide range of exercises that target all muscle groups. With that, your second priority is ensuring that you have enough resistance (weight) in your kettlebells to keep yourself challenged.
There are workarounds for most exercises, with experience you will be able to identify these for yourself.
Kettlebell Home Gym Pack - Workout
This plan assumes that you have access to a selection of kettlebells and a bench in your home gym.
In this plan you will see a lot of exercises and some rep methods that aren’t typically used in our other plans. This is because we have limited equipment to work with here, so in order to get the best results, we need to get creative about how we move. Also note that some of the exercise demonstrations offered in this plan are using a different type of weight, or no weight at all. You are encouraged to perform the respective exercise using the weight source you have available to you.
Over the course of 12 weeks you are encouraged to follow the workouts provided by this plan as written. Avoid switching the exercise order, and follow the rep/set ranges as provided.
These workouts follow a typical full - upper - lower body rotation. Here you get your plan for weeks 1-6 and then another plan for weeks 7-12.
