How Volume Training Works
Not for the faint hearted; German volume training, (also known as just volume training) is your fast track to building muscle.
So what’s it all about? In short, volume training works on a 10x10 basis. So that’s 10 sets of 10 reps, no excuses!
This method is generally used off season by weightlifters who want to build muscle fast. And the results speak for themselves; many lifters who use this method have been able to move up a full weight class in just 12 weeks.
Mass Builder Pre-Built Plan - Workout
With this plan you have 4 volume training workouts. All you need to do is follow each plan as written. This plan encourages you to work with “heavy for you” weights. That means you should use a weight that you would start to struggle with around the 8th rep of a 10 rep set.
Not suitable for beginners, only consider this plan if you are an experienced lifter looking to commit to what it takes to build muscle and strength fast.
Consider this plan a stepping stone to more advanced mass building. It also demonstrates how to use our Members Zone Portal to build your own plans. So when you’re finished with this one, you will have a better understanding of how you can build your next plan. You can apply the 10x10 rep/set method to other plans in our portal for similar results.
For best results, use this plan for a minimum of 6 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks.
