The secret to a faster metabolism, which will help you to burn fat faster, is in changing your body composition.
Your body is made up of your skeleton, water, body fat and lean muscle. There is essential fat and non essential fat.
For women 12% body fat is considered essential, you need that for your body to function properly.
12%-20% body fat is athletic/fitness level.
20-30% body fat is considered average for a woman.
Over 32% is considered obese.

Body composition matters because the excess fat in your body is not efficient at burning calories, but the lean muscle in your body is. That is why when you build more lean muscle, you are able to burn more calories, even at rest, which in turn helps you to burn excess fat.
The Fat Melter Pre-Built Plan - Workout
With this plan you have 3 full workouts. All you need to do is follow each plan as written. This plan encourages you to work with “heavy for you” weights. That means you should use a weight that you would start to struggle with around the 8th rep of a 10 rep set.
This plan is suitable for beginners and experienced lifters looking to burn more fat. It is a stepping stone to more advanced workout plans and results, and it demonstrates how to use our Members Zone Portal to build your own plans. So when you’re finished with this one, you will have a better understanding of how you can build your next plan.
For best results, use this plan for a minimum of 6 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks.
