The purpose of Lipstick Lifters Workout Packs is to give you a fully constructed weightlifting workout plan that you can simply follow exactly as written. Workout Packs provide a full weekly workout rotation for you so that you don’t have to define this yourself. The only exception to this is the “Fast Track Packs”, these should be considered an “added boost” to your current plan, or grouped with each other to make a full weekly workout rotation.
It’s important to note that weightlifting is a process, no single plan will get you to your end goal. The plan you start with is a building block and every plan you do after that is simply another building block. Your goal should be to continue to challenge yourself by adding more weight, introducing new exercises and trying out a range of different lifting methods and weightlifting workout plans as you get progressively stronger.
Switching up your workout plans is essential in weightlifting. These workout packs are not designed to be used indefinitely, choose the plan you want to work with and stick with it for at least 6 weeks and at most 12 weeks. The only exception to this is the Fat Loss Formula which is more about the method than the actual workout.
