This plan assumes that you have little to no bodybuilding experience. If you do have experience you may want to try our Intermediate Bodybuilding Workout Pack.

The Beginners Bodybuilding Workout Pack provides you with a 7 day ‘muscle group rotation’ plan to follow across the week.

Each plan focuses on its own muscle groups, and priority is given to the biggest move first. Smaller isolation exercises should be worked after the key compound exercises. This has all been taken care of in these plans, all you have to do is follow them.

This Beginners Bodybuilding Workout Pack includes 5 workouts, 1 cardio workout and 1 rest day. Feel free to add more cardio if you feel it is appropriate, but do not substitute any weightlifting days for cardio on this plan.
