Why Choose Our Tone and Sculpt Workout Plans
Targeted Muscle Building:
Our Tone and Sculpt plans focus primarily on isolation exercises, making them perfect for building those smaller muscle groups that enhance your overall shape. Each workout comes with a muscle-highlighted image, ensuring you know exactly which muscles you're targeting, as well as video demonstrations of each exercise so that you can monitor and master your form.
Knowledge and Independence:
Beyond the workouts, you'll gain a valuable skill – the ability to understand which exercises target specific muscle groups. Empowering you to create your own future workout routines confidently. Don’t worry if you’re not sure right now, we're here to guide you on your journey to gym independence.
Effective Resistance:
Building muscle requires resistance that challenges you. Don't be afraid to work with weights that push your limits. For optimal results, choose a weight that you start to struggle with around the 8th rep of a 10 rep set.
Who Should Use These Tone and Sculpt Workout Plans
Tone Seekers:
If you've ever wanted to "tone", these plans are for you. Understand that achieving a “toned” look involves muscle building, and our workout plans do just that - they build lean “toned” muscle in the most efficient way possible.
Anyone who Wants to Target Specific Muscle Groups:
If you're looking to focus on specific muscle groups, these Tone and Sculpt plans are ideal. These plans prioritise isolation exercises for precision when sculpting specific muscle groups. Unlike our other workouts, which are centered around compound exercises.
The Secret to Our Tone and Sculpt Workouts
No Magic, Just Consistency:
Achieving sustainable results is an ongoing process of building, learning, recovering, and patience. Our Tone and Sculpt Workout Plans are a part of this journey. While you won't use them all the time, they are essential tools for targeting specific muscle groups.
A Bigger Picture:
Think of these plans as part of your comprehensive approach to weightlifting. Our goal is to teach you gym independence, providing not just workout plans, but also the knowledge and skills you need to continue to grow and develop in the world of weightlifting.
Gradual Transformation:
Understand that change takes time. Watch and monitor your body's progress and switch things up when necessary. With over 130 plans in our portal, there's something for everyone at every level.
Follow our Plans as Written:
Every single workout plan has been written to reap the fastest possible results. The exercise order, as well as suggested rep/set ranges have been set for this reason. Therefore, we encourage you to follow each plan as written.
With experience you will be able to switch some things around, but unless you are very clear about what you are changing and why, we encourage you not to change anything.
Why Exercise Order, Reps, Sets, and Execution Matter
The Key to Results:
You should always start with the exercise that works the most muscle groups and uses the most energy (after your warm up of course). This is usually the bigger compound exercise, i.e. Squat, deadlift, bench press. Follow those up with other barbell exercises, then dumbbells, then machines/cables and finally body weight exercises.
The trick is to work your way down to the assisted/easier moves when you start to fatigue. There is maximum muscle building potential towards the end of your workout, use this strategy to your advantage.
Breaking Plateaus:
If you’ve hit a plateau with your current routine, it's time to switch things up. Our plans offer a variety of training styles, including dropsets, pyramid sets, supersets, and more. Focus on using these strategies that make you physically stronger, and the rest will come with experience.
Evergreen:
The beautiful secret about our workout plans is that they can literally be evergreen! How? By simply adjusting the rep/set method. With different rep/set methods you can make a workout plan more challenging and effective. You can also play around with time under tension, by slowing down, reversing and even pairing exercises targeting the same muscle groups. And of course, you can and should increase the weight you are working with.
This comes with experience, don’t worry if you’re not there yet, keep lifting and you will get there!
