Our Members Zone portal has been structured in such a way that encourages you to think and build your weekly workout rotations for yourself.

Why? Because our goal is to make you autonomous in the gym.

This is your “one and done” solution for your workouts. Meaning you’ll never have to pay anyone else, ever again, to write a workout plan for you, including us!

Learn at your own pace, with workouts that target the muscle groups you want to grow and get the results you want to get.

Login to your free account and right there on the “Home” screen is everything you need:

Simply choose 3-4 workouts from 19 workout categories, you can learn about each one here.

Then choose a complementary warm-up and finisher to go with each plan.

Rotate the plans you’ve constructed across the week for a maximum of 8 weeks. After that you should get new plans to avoid a plateau.

Pro tip! Our Pre-Built Plans are put together from the main workouts, warm ups and finishers in the portal. They’re your stepping stone from a more structured plan to building your own plans as described above.

Use these plans for as long as you need, but also pay attention to how they’re structured, not just the weekly rotation, also pay attention to the exercise order and proposed rep/set ranges.

Follow each plan exactly as written and watch how quickly you notice you’re getting physically stronger.

You’ll gradually start to become more familiar with a wide range of exercises, methods and rep/set ranges.

Before you know it, you’ll be confident enough to start building your own workout plans.
